I hope everyone has been keeping safe and warm these past few weeks! I have been layering on the clothing in an attempt to stay nice and toasty, but I doubt there are enough socks in the world to keep my poor feet warm. Smile
As we mentioned in the newsletter and at the January meeting, we will be supporting ConKerr Cancer at our Charity Sew-In at the meeting on February 5th. Below is a link to the supply list and pattern to make a standard pillowcase. In addition to the fabric, you will also need to bring your sewing machine, needles, thread, bobbins and scissors to the meeting. We will have cutting and ironing stations set up for everyone to use, so there is no need to bring your rotary or ironing items.

If you have a pattern that you have been using for years and would prefer to make your case that way, kudos! We want this to be a fun experience for everyone involved and it doesn’t need to be a challenge for anyone.
Please feel free to bring enough material to make more than one! These go quick and as they say…”The More, The Merrier!”
