On May 16 – 18, 2014, NLCQG will hold its 2nd Annual Retreat at Harbor Shores Resort, Lake Geneva, WI. The cost is $165 per/person for double occupancy or $255 for single occupancy. This includes includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Sunday. If you’d like to attend, fill out the application form below and return it to Heather. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due with the application.
