NLCQG Ornament of the Month 2023
This project is planned for 2023, starting in January, ending in October, with the collecting the ornaments in November for the tree decoration. The finished ornaments will be used to decorate a Christmas tree at the Antioch Kringle’s Christmas Village as an outreach endeavor, a way to increase the guild’s publicity. We expect to save the collection of ornaments to decorate a tree for many years to come. Our July meeting will include not only our traditional ice cream social, but we will also be surrounded by mystery quilts while playing Quilter’s BINGO!

Quilter’s Bingo requires you to make your own bingo cards so while you’re working on those projects in March, April, May and June, save a couple of scraps to add to your Bingo board!

There will be a ‘bingo board square’ box available at guild and UFO meetings. Feel free to add 2 1/2” squares to it to share with others, or take some 2 1/2” squares from it to complete your boards. There’s still time to sign up for our 2023 Mystery Quilt Along!  This is our first guild fund raiser for 2023 so please spread the word far and wide!  The quilt along is all virtual (emails, a facebook group and via zoom) so quilters from all over can join us.  If you need a last-minute gift for a quilting friend, this just maybe it!
