Yearly Archives: 2021

In Person Meetings began September 1st

We are now meeting in person at the Antioch Township Center. The Center is a government building. Masks are required.

Our January and February meetings will be via Zoom so weather will not be an issue.

Challenge Quilt Results

We would like to thank everyone who participated in this year’s Challenge Quilt. The challenge was to make a quilt using the colors of your birthstone and birth month flower. It was amazing to see all the different interpretations of the challenge.
Congratulations to this year’s winners:

1st Place – April – Daisy, pink & purple

2nd Place – May – Lily of the Valley, emerald & white

3rd Place – January – Carnation, red, pink, & white

We look forward to seeing all the quilts displayed at next year’s Quilt Show!

NLCQG has a new Accuquilt die library. Accuquilt dies are available for check out at every guild meeting or can be requested ahead of time by contacting the guild librarian at library@nlcqg.org.  More information is available on the Member’s Corner page.

Until further notice, all meetings and events will be conducted virtually using Zoom.  Zoom technology has been around for many years, it is safe and easy. The day before the meeting members will receive an email with a link to join the meeting, along with a phone number for those who prefer to join by phone. For questions about Zoom meetings, please contact the guild’s Zoom tech at: zoomtech@nlcqg.org
