We had a great time at Pat Sloan’s workshop today. About 20 people attended. We started with a practice piece that contained a variety of shapes including a couple hearts, a rectangle and some circles. Some of the more adventurous attendees got started on their quilt right away. Pat explained techniques and shared tips with us and then had us go and practice. She passed out some of her small quilts so we could study her work up close. Remember to bring those completed quilts to show and tell!
